My counselling journey began following a 17-year career as an NHS nurse, where I saw firsthand how life events, illness, and emotional struggles impact individuals, families, and relationships. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, I bring a strong understanding of health and wellbeing, alongside a deep commitment to supporting your unique journey.

My aim is to help you overcome any barriers that may be holding you back from becoming the best version of yourself. Through building a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship, we will work together to increase your awareness of who you are, what is happening for you, and how you want to grow and develop moving forward.
